Panelests at the Art of Imagination talk about ‘unknown worlds’ discovered by art

Vicente TodolĂ­, director of Tate Modern (left), and Hugh Hudson, renown British form director (right), shared their stories on how art can be used (and abused) by business. Hudson later showed the ‘before and after’ clips from his earlier film Revolution, with young Al Pacino. As it turned out, the version that was initially released in 1985 was modified (‘beautified’) under the studio pressure. This year they release an original, ‘as is’, version of the movie.

Charles Esche opens Art of Imagination conference

Charles Esche, director of Vanabbe museum of modern art, opened the Art of Imagination conference in Eindhoven with a call for a business to use art, and contemporary art in particularly, more actively, as a force to stimulate imagination and change the thinking about today’s realities.
