Quasi Rublev

QuasiRublev is name of a short live performance that marked the opening of the Time Machine exhibition in Vanabbe Museum; performed by a team of Polish musicians, it was loosely based on the movie Rublev by Andrei Tarkovsky. A colorful multimedia performance also embedded the scenes from the (B/W) movie played silently, creating multiple cultural and temporal juxtapositions. There were musical ones too – electronic music collided with the sound of the harpsichord.
