Art Experiments with the Quazi-Augmented Reality

An interesting project by the UK artist Reynir Hutber, exploring how people behave when ‘seeing’ something while they, in fact, don’t see it. The artist projects the video streams from surveillance cameras where there he body also embeds his own body. The spectators are confronted with two realities, one – on a screen when they themselves *with* the body, and a the other is a ‘real world’ where there is nothing. That’s not even an augmentation of reality, it is a quazi-augmentation, filling the reality with your own (deceived) imagination.
